Shipping
We ship every order as fast as humanly possible though we strive to ship all orders received by 12pm EST the same day. Though we generally will not display an out of stock item, occasionally, an item that is displayed on our website is either out of stock or has not been received by us from our vendor. In these situations, you will either receive a phone call or an email detailing this issue, and when you can expect to receive your order. In the event that an item has been discontinued, or your order will be unavailable for other supply-related issues, we will also notify you and alert you of your options.
LGB Shipping
Due to the large size and weight of the LGB products, we cannot ship the items based on our standard 10% shipping rule that we use for our Toys and Baby products. The cost of shipping LGB items will be calculated specifically per order and destination location. If you order both LGB and non-LGB items, you will be charged a combination of the LGB shipping charge (based on weight and zip code) and the 10% shipping rule (or free shipping if the non-LGB portion exceeds $100.00).

Drop Shipped or Freight Items
Some items are shipped directly to you from our manufacturer or distributor. They are usually oversized, or customized items. The shipping rate for these items will be calculated by the combination of the product weight and your zip code. We will communicate to you via email any pertinent information related to your drop shipment or freight item. Please be aware that manufacturers use shipping companies who often times will need to obtain a signature or have a person available to receive the delivery. Please contact us with your questions.
International Shipping
Miller's does not ship internationally at this time, nor do we deliver to APO, FPO, or P.O. Boxes.
Return Policy
If at anytime you are unhappy with your purchase, we will do everything reasonable to accomodate you. Items returned in new condition, in it's original packaging, within 60 days of the order date will receive a full refund. Because Miller's does not store credit card numbers, it may be necessary that we contact you via telephone to process your refund.
If you would like to exchange an item, we recommend you order the item(s) online to ensure they do not go out of stock. We will credit your credit card upon receipt of the returned merchandise.
