Due to the large size and weight of the LGB products, we cannot ship the items based on our standard 10% shipping rule that we use for our Toys and Baby products. The cost of shipping LGB items will be calculated specifically per order and destination location. If you order both LGB and non-LGB items, you will be charged a combination of the LGB shipping charge (based on weight and zip code) and the 10% shipping rule (or free shipping if the non-LGB portion exceeds $100.00).
If you are ever unhappy with your product and feel the need to return it, Miller's will offer you a refund within 60 Days of the order date, provided that the product is in a new and sellable condition, at the sole discretion of our staff. Simply properly package and insure any returns, as Miller's is not responsible for any damages that incur during return shipping. Please include a copy of your packing slip and make a notation of the reason for return.
We are not offering Gift Wrapping for our LGB products at this time.
Finally, as we do not store credit card information, we may need to contact you to issue a refund.
