How does it work? It's simple: each and every piece of rolling stock (including ATS items!) is registered with a unique Miller's Exclusive 5-Year Warranty number. Upon shipping, this number is linked to your customer information - there are no forms to fill out.
If you have any problem with your train that is caused by any defect in workmanship or manufacturing error, that is not caused by abuse or negligence, Miller's will repair the item free of charge, excluding any shipping or shipping insurance charges. If Miller's deems that a repair is necessary above and beyond the limits of our warranty, we will contact you with the cost of repair to you, secure payment, and complete the repair process.
